Crestwood is part of the DC Police Fourth District and falls under Police Service Area 404, which is a part of the DC Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) Fourth District, located at 6001 Georgia Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20011. The Fourth District Commander is Wilfred Manlapaz (202-715-7500; wilfredo.manlapaz@dc.gov). Captain Juanita Mitchell (cell: (202) 436-6038) is in charge of PSAs 403, 404, and 405.
