Decorating begins at 9:30 am, the parade begins at 10:00 am
Bring your floats, bikes, scooters and trikes to the 1800 block of Shepherd St. to decorate before the parade! Everyone in the community is welcome to walk or take a seat and cheer on the parade. Afterwards stay for breakfast and mingle with neighbors.
