A Crestwood traffic safety walkthrough has been scheduled with DDOT Director Lott, DDOT staff, and Councilmember Janeese Lewis George on Friday, May 6 starting at 3pm from 16th & Blagden Ave NW. Any Crestwood neighbor who would like to join is welcome.

The purpose of the traffic safety walkthrough is so that DDOT can see traffic issues in Crestwood first hand and hear directly from neighbors about what needs to be addressed -- especially in light of the serious crashes that have taken place, many near-misses, and the overall increase in dangerous driving in the neighborhood. This will support our efforts to secure traffic safety improvements in intersections and blocks where we have outstanding Traffic Safety Investigation requests.
