Aging In Place Committee Outing To Hillwood Museum

The Aging In Place Committee will sponsor our next outing on Sunday, June 9, 2019.  We will be visiting the Hillwood Museum from 1 to 3 PM, and have an opportunity to tour the grounds and eat lunch.

The tour will start at 1 PM and tour admission is $15 per person.   Please let us know by Wednesday, June 5, if you are interested in joining us.  Also let us know if you need a ride. If you have any questions please contact the Aging In Place Committee at olderadults@crestwooddc.org

Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens is a decorative arts museum in Washington, D.C., United States. The former residence of businesswoman, socialite, philanthropist and collector Marjorie Merriweather Post, Hillwood is known for its large decorative arts collection that focuses heavily on the House of Romanov, including FabergĂ© eggs. Other highlights are 18th and 19th century French art and one of the country's finest orchid collections.
